CI Flexo Printing press

State of the art high speed CI flexo machine which has unique features like Changeover of sleeve in the press, without any tools, on the operator side & Automatic release and slide movement for plate and anilox support mandrels to allow the sleeves change. Double walled, steel centre impression drum, having a diameter of 1400 mm, mounted on self alignment roller bearings. The C.I. cylinder is driven by a A C brushless motor with digital servo feedback. The machine is equipped with One thermoregulator unit with closed loop circuit for the conditioning of the C.I. cylinder and the two chill rolls. The printing unit has side frames, brackets and solid base in normalized steel FE40, 120 mm. thickness of the solid frames. The machine speed is 400 MPM.
